Provably Fair
Nobody picks the winner here. Not even us.
Before a draw runs, we point at a Solana block that has not happened yet and publish its number. When the blockchain gets there, that block turns up carrying a long random string, and that string is what picks the winner. There is no way to know it early, so there is no way to fix it. Afterwards you can redo the whole thing yourself, in this browser, in about a second.
The next draw is already locked in
Waiting for its block
3,326 blocks to go, refreshed every 30 seconds
The countdown is an estimate. The draw happens on a block, not a clock, and Solana makes blocks a few milliseconds faster or slower all the time, so it can land a little early or late. The block number is the exact part.
We published that block number when this draw opened. Solana has not made the block yet, so the string that picks the winner does not exist anywhere. Not on our server, not in this page. Until that block lands, the result is nobody’s to know.
Step 1
We call the block
A draw opens and we publish the number of a Solana block a little way into the future. That block has not been made yet. Nothing is inside it yet, so nobody knows what it will say, us included.
Step 2
The block decides
Solana makes a new block a few times a second. When it reaches ours, that block arrives with a long random string attached. The string goes through a fixed bit of maths that lands on one holder. The more tokens you hold, the more of the possible answers are yours.
Step 3
You check our work
We publish the block, the string, and the exact list of holders we used. Hit Verify on any draw below. Your browser redoes the maths from scratch and tells you whether it lands where we said it did.
